    J'ai adoré le fait que le personnel a été très conciliant après s'être rendu compte qu'il m'ait donné une chambre qui n'avait pas les conditions requises. Ils m'ont fait un geste commercial tout à fait remarquable.

    Le fait que ma chambre n'était pas celle réservée, mais c'est oublié après des belles excuses.
