  Very comfortable house in the centre of Wells

  Location was great. Close to everything in the centre of Wells . House was very comfy with large king size bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Large rooms with a very nice view on marshesfrom living room. Powerful showers.

  Not a lot. House configuration obviously constrained by the set up of the house itself. Bathroom on too not very easy to use. Had to rely on the one downstairs 2 floors below. Not extremely convenient. A bit expensive.

  Great location, only a short walk to the centre. Parking space was helpful. Had a wonderful holiday here

  Overall, it was a great week in a brilliant location. We would recommend the property to others.

  Location was great, having a parking space was very good. The view out to sea was lovely.

  Having an arrival time of 5pm was disappointing. Also, there was historic dust and dirt under the sofa - we moved it to look for an earring that was dropped. Windows need a clean!

  Lovely location but disappointed by cleanliness.

  Location and view from kitchen windows

  Cleanliness of main lounge/kitchen area. Had to remove a cushion as lost something on sofa and found years of dirt and litter down the sofa - very disappointing. Felt it had a surface clean only and needs a good in depth clean in this area.

  Location, views from the lounge & liked kitchen dining area. And having a parking space. Apart from the problems we had below everything we were happy with.

  When we stripped the bed in the top bedroom we discovered no mattress cover. Stains on the mattress & also a small stain on the sheet. Good job it was hot as I was sleeping on top of the bed. The top floor bathroom was missing a light bulb. First floor one of the tea towels looked grubby. The only other problem we had was we were unable to close the backdoor. The property manager could not repair it but made a temporary solution so we could shut it. Which did please us. Mat at the front door needs replacing or repairing as we tripped over it where part of the bristles were dislodged & sticking up. Dangerous. Key safe difficult to open..
