בית מיושן ברמת תחזוקה בינונית. לא מומלץ
מאובזר בכל כלי המטבח שצריך. מכונת כביסה שקטה. מיקום שקט ונוח. מרפסת יפה למעלה, רק שאי אפשר לאכול בה כי המטבח למטה ולהעלות דברים במדרגות הצרות לא נוח.
רהיטים מיושנים, מחניק, ובגדול לא מקום נעים. מדרגות צרות ולוליניות. לא נעים לעלות ולרדת, שלא לדבר על העלאת המזוודות. המקלחת למטה וחדר השינה למעלה. אז חייבים לעלות ולרדת שוב ושוב. יש גם מדרגות נוספות בדרך לדירה מהחניה . שקע רק בצד אחד של המיטה, Wifi חלש .מיטה לא נוחה. היינו 3 לילות וקיבלנו 2 קפסולות של קפה, ללא תה וסוכר. הניקוז לא טוב, ונראה שיש סתימה בצנרת.

En la página estaba todo bastante bien definido, es exacto a lo que se ofrece, en la planta baja, porche con sillas y mesa, un salón con cocina integrada con menaje y utensilios, casi de todo y en muy buen estado y un baño con ducha, en la planta alta dormitorio muy bien equipado con baño sin ducha todo en muy buen estado y con salida a una gran terraza cubierta con sillas y mesa, los alrededores muy tranquilo ya que es una zona residencial y con mucho espacio para aparcar, a pesar de ser una zona residencial está a penas cinco minutos del Castillo y el recinto amurallado de Obidos. La velocidad del wifi aceptable.
Hemos echado en falta una escoba y en la ducha hay que mejorar el agarre de la alcachofa movible, dos simplezas que tienen fácil solución.
