Rude, racisit, and dangerous.
一、卫生不佳，厕所马桶有阴毛及黄色尿渍。经与房东反应后，房东父亲进厕所仅按抽水马桶按钮、未做清洁处理，并抱怨谩骂、用双手拍打厕所洗手盆； 二、房东父亲并房东十分无礼，反应厕所马桶卫生不佳后，态度极其傲慢且凶恶，并强制勒令退房。本人已表示因舟车劳顿并不会退房，卫生情况不佳能处理处理、不能处理就算了，房东依旧勒令退房； 三、在退房后，过了两小时左右再次路过酒店附近街区，发现房东父亲似乎在跟踪观察我去向，依旧十分不友好地怒视着我。 旅居世界各地多年，第一次碰到因正常反馈酒店卫生问题而被房东勒令退房且第一次感觉到人生危险，房东及其父亲十分怒怒、大男子主义以及种族歧视。 PS：酒店在医院旁边，有一侧房间的窗户对着医院办公楼；实际房间尺寸并没有图片显示的大。

Besser als alle Erwartungen die wir hatten
An alle die skeptisch bzw. wählerisch sind, die Zimmer und das Gebäude generell ist tip top alles super neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist der hammer, sind zu Fuß vom Hafen in paar Minuten dort gewesen und konnten jeden Abend ohne Transportmittel zu den Restaurants und „Zentrum“ gelangen. Sowohl der Besitzer als auch der Papa waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar! Wenn wir wieder kommen, auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft!

The perfect accomodation for a holiday in the city center of sarande and nearby the beach
The host was super friendly, the accomodation was beautiful, clean and good located. The beach was 7 min from our appartement.
