  Grossartig renovierte Wohnung im Herzen von Bilbao‘s Altstadt.

  Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage und ist super eingerichtet. Alles sehr hochwertig und neu. Bus und metro direkt um die Ecke und eine Strasse, die für Taxis zugänglich ist. Die Wege mit dem Koffer sind extrem kurz.

  Die Altstadt ist ein Ausgehviertel, kleine Lärm-Immissionen muss man in Kauf nehmen.

  Overall it was a very comfortable apartment in a great location.

  It was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were a highlight. The location was perfect.

  A few more hooks in the bathrooms. We knew about the scaffolding in advance which detracted from the view a little bit but luckily there were no workmen so it wasn't a problem.

  Wonderful and spacious appartment located in the old city centre. Very clean with all neccessary amenities. Communication clear and prompt. I also have to compliment the organization. They prepared a house manual with all details which I found amazing and really useful. We came with car so it was a bit difficult to get the stuff to the apartment but again in the manual there were details also where to unload the stuff. I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you

  Schön, aber mit Nachteilen bei grosser Wärme

  Die Unterkunft ist gross und schön reserviert. Der kleine Innenhof ist hübsch (kann aber nicht betreten werden). Die Badezimmer sind ausserordentlich schön und modern. Durch die gute Lage in der Altstadt sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

  Die Balkone sind alt und von schlechter Qualität. Daher dürfen sie nicht betreten werden. Die Möbel sind Idea Style, d.h. nicht sehr wertig. Das Sofa hat grosse Flecken und müsste mal gewaschen oder ersetzt werden. Der Preis ist hoch. Ende Mai war es extrem heiss in Bilbao (40+ Grad). Dadurch wurde es sehr warm in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat keine Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren sind dafür zu schwach. Mit den offenen Fenstern wurde es daher sehr laut durch die vielen Restaurant Besucher, welche direkt unter der Unterkunft draussen bis spät in die Nacht Lärm verursachen. Es dauert sehr lange, bis das warme Wasser kommt.
