  A wonderful experience

  Beautiful appointed accommodation. Very comfortable bed, eletrric blanket most appreciated as Im from the tropics! Close to cafes (Cafe literally across the road) and dining. Very short walk to Salamanca for more options, plus Superfresh on Salamanca for groceries as the room has cooking facilities. And a washing machine, drying rack in bathroom, clothes line outside. Didn't hear the other guests. I felt safe at night walking around Battery Point and Salamanca, and Sullivan's Cove on my own.

  Not sure if it was the toilet cistern refilling or the washing machine in another unit but that seemed to be a little noisy. A bit of trouble parking if all guests had a vehicle but easily sorted out by the host. Minor details.

  Relaxing stay in a great apartment and great location

  Fantastic location. Facilities were good- reverse cycle air con, electric blankets, washing machine, ability to cook ( we didn’t). Beds were comfortable, quiet area and easy walk to Salamanca Place and wharf area. Really liked the decor. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Good sunsets. The parking was not a problem, easy enough to get in and out, although wouldn’t want to have a large car.

  We loved the location but that was all.

  The location was great

  The apartment was dirty. Hair in the shower, dust and dirt under and behind the sofa and along the kitchen cabinets. The apartment bathroom was a real head spin. The tap, clearly marked with blue colouring should have been the cold but no, it's the hot and the hot, which was clearly marked with red colouring was the cold water. As this is the only bathroom, you can imagine if a child used the shower. The microwave oven's door was smashed, as it is tempered glass, you only realise that it is shattered when you open it to use. Very dangerous. I had a staff member yell at me on the 3rd day of our 5 day booking telling me that I was supposed to be there. It turned out that she had the wrong apartment. No apology, no nothing. The whole experience there was awful.

  The location is great

  Terrible access to the parking out the back. Don’t stay in Apartment 2. It’s on the bottom floor, no privacy and very dark inside I tried to contact the property prior to our arrival to ask about parking - didn’t hear back till the 3rd or 4th message. Also every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom- it makes a loud noise dow stales. Really disappointing
