Clean and comfortable
Room was more motel than hotel. Dark room with minimal windows and quite depressing. Tried to use the toaster and the power went out/ shorted out the power. Entrance to the room was in a delivery zone with ice machines and no parking other than the street. Overall very underwhelming considering it’s on the bay overlooking the waterfront.

Good value for money
It felt a bit unsafe. There were a lot of tradies who were drinking in public.

Comfortable and convenient with helpful staff.
Friendly helpful staff.
Trying to fill the jug at the hand basin was impossible because of the low set spout and height of jug.I used the shower rose which was hand held.

A terrible experience :(
The cost of the accommodation was good for the 3 of us
Upon check in I was given a voucher for the bistro. 10% off drinks and food. I thought oh that’s nice! Was told could only use it Sunday night even though we were staying Sunday and Monday night. Thought that was a bit odd. We ordered dinner and drinks and used the voucher. Upon checking the receipt I find a 10% discount applied then a 10% surcharge for Sundays. So no discount at all! The meals were terrible. 2 x roast porks and a chicken schnitzel. The roast potatoes were green, 2 slivers of the toughest driest pork we’ve ever had. Very disappointing experience. I booked a room with a view to have a view of the Reject Shop. Disappointing again!

Room as such quite big and well-equipped. Good mattress. Discount on meal in hotel bistro, nice steak and vegetable
The otherwise very good impression is compromised by the condition of the small balcony, dirty and full of bird sh., even on the window
