I haven’t stayed at Pevensey bay for over 45 years and I will definitely be back especially if I can stay in such a love

Location was perfect, had everything you could need in the property. The garden room was a great addition.

A beach holiday spot with everything your heart desires.

We loved it and would highly recommend it! Perfect location right on the beach, lovely beach house in the garden. Flat and beach house fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious and ideal for families. Super friendly and easy communication with the host. Bar/restaurant within walking distance, great base for day trips.

Absolutely immaculate and perfect in every way.

It was soo spacious, modern, immaculate. Right in the beach. Everything was perfect with extra facilities we were not expecting. Dressing room for a hidden delight.

    Nothing at all.
