    The landlord is very nice, the place is clean and has the facilities we need. There is a private parking space.Thank you to the landlord for helping us solve the problems we encountered in New Zealand. I was surprised to be able to participate in the landlord's party twice, which made my husband and I stay here for a month and have a very comfortable and happy life.
