    Good location.

Heating system was a problem. This was a business trip and I asked for an invoice several times. Still could not receive one...

The location was quite good, although quite noisy with the windows open (a must in warmer weather). It had laundry facilities.

Nowhere to leave luggage before 3pm check-in. Toilet seat was falling off, top vanity drawer in the bathroom was broken. No fans for ventilation/ cooling. No extra or choice of bed pillow - just 2 very soft and thin ones. Kitchen floor was very dirty.

Centrally located and clean. Owner is reachable. Thanks to Mr Nikhil.

    - Ventilation in bathroom not working. - Cooling ventilator should be installed for hot summer days. - Windows were dirty.
