Fantastic- host, location and facilities.
The location to the areas of interest and the closeness to Utrecht central bus (341) The balcony, lovely view of the canal. Facilities, all there. Host. Extremely helpful. A surprising large room, all recently renovated.
The staircase to level 1 was steep, but that is Holland, very common.

Luxurious comfort close to the old city
Extremely comfortable and fantastic location! Very neat, spacious room; in good weather, sitting on the balcony and watching the canal was great! The host is very responsive and extremely helpful.
No complaints. Host helped us get our luggage up the steep stairs.
