  La cama es un sofacama, no demasiado cómodo para estancias largas. Y creo que la estancia necesita hacer algunas reformas para considerarse un sitio cómodo, todo está a medio hacer y un poco abandonado.

  Welcoming stay in a town house with locals in a calm part of Santa Cruz.

  There was no breakfast. Was there supposed to be breakfast? The hosts were really nice and welcoming, even washed my clothes, helped with recommending restaurants, solved anything I needed. The view of the garden is also very nice.

  The bed was fairly uncomfortable. Enough for a weekend stay, but for a heavier/larger person or 2 people it's just not enough. I also think it was advertised that there is a normal bed AND a couch bed, so check the Booking listing. Same with the breakfast – if you offer it, how come there was none? If you don't, why does Booking mention it? Room for improvement: Better bed, for sure. Garden pillows that are meant for the outside and can withstand the rain + get dry faster. Wifi was not working for 2-3 hours in the afternoon some days, would look into that as well.

  I love this place!!!

  The location was very good. There is a large supermarket a couple of minutes away which has everything you need. There are many good restaurants nearby, maybe 10 .minutes walk. Public transport is excellent and the main bus station is 30 mins walk or can take a taxi for about 7 euros. Buses can take you everywhere on the island and reliable. I was travelling solo and am female, and I felt very safe at all times. It's a really nice vibe. The apartment is very secure and spacious. Every night, I slept like a baby, very peaceful. There is outside space, very enchanting with seats, tables, pretty plants, and lighting. Alberto, the owner, is fantastic. Spoke English very well. He helped with plans, eg, ordered a taxi for me, etc... Anything I needed, I just sent a text to him and replied every time. He left a large bottle of water, nuts, and fruit were lovely. Hot shower every morning. Perfect!! The apartment, like many people say, is very characterful. Traditional features such as floor tiles are very beautiful. It's much better than staying in a hotel. The owners live upstairs, but I did not hear them at all. Total silence. This would suit a solo traveller or couples who would like a relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay again.
