    A nice place to stay for a couple of days, with support staff at the reception.

    There was confusion during pre-check-in, and there was some miscommunication about storing bags after check-out. Felt not well coordinated. We received messages with instructions that were sometimes incorrect. For example, we asked if we could store our luggage after check-out, and they told us "No"; however, when we asked at the reception, they told us "yes" Also, the booking was in the name of the property "Bhoomy Germain"; however, it was "Mercure Hotel", so we had a little confusion finding it.

    Não basta a localização ser boa. Não custa muito colocar uma cama nova, uma pintura.

    cama extremamente velha (meio da cama fundo e cheiro de velho), teto do banheiro com mofo, poltrona com aspecto velho, paredes precisando pintar.
