Hotel Policies ✅ Check-in & ID Requirements Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward. Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Check out time is 10:00 AM Front desk is open during the following times: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00PM ✅ Hotel Rules Children are welcome. Roll away/extra beds are available for AUD 40.00 per night. Pets are not allowed (Service animals are welcome). No elevators in the building. No smoking in rooms, or inside Black Buffalo, a $200 fine will apply. No cooking in hotel rooms-fines will apply if alarms are triggered, with the minimum amount charge of $250.00 An additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning time. If the room cannot be sold the following day due to its condition, an extra night's charge may be applied to cover the cost. The minimum charge for this will be $200 ✅ Damage & Incidental Charges Any damages to the room or hotel property will be charged to the provided credit card. Charges will reflect the cost necessary to cover damages, with the minimum amount charge of $250.00Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
