    Spaciousness, and availability of nearby transport and Restaurants

    The lack of cleaning supplies, at least a vacuum cleaner would be nice.

    The location is great, very close to main attractions, incl. Zhensky Pasar. The space was huge, with big rooms and really nice common space, with really confortable beds. Emil, our host, was helpful and answered immediatelly.

    There were two serious issues for us: lack of lift and balcony. The property is located in old building, which was renovated during our stay. There is no lift, so that climbing on 5th floor was a challenge, especially for our elders which seriously affected all our stay. Balcony (really small) looks dangerous and should be excluded from usage before renovation. Smaller bathroom requires some renovation as well, although it was sufficient. Second toilet would be recommended, especially that there is enough space in bigger bathroom. So, I don't recommend this place for elders or disable people, but it is interesting option for younger people.

    Parfait pour visiter Sofia

    Appartement très spacieux et propre, avec tout le nécessaire, très bien situé dans Sofia. Notre hôte Emil était très présent par message pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. A noter qu’il est au 5eme étage sans ascenseur.

    Definitely a stay to remember for the amount of steps. A negative experience.

    The number of steps (95) to go to the flat was never mentioned. We even had to change our itinerary so that we only went down once in the morning, and then when we came back. We couldn't go to the flat to freshen up because of the steps. The ensuite has NO toilet in it, and there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. The flat has lots of wear and tear and needs maintenance. The bedroom door does not even close. The floor was not that clean (white socks turned grey)!
