    Care for the Earth

    The view was beautiful, just right the front lake

    Toilet fan was very noisy and it need a bidet toilet seat or a spray. That way use less toilet paper, good for the environment

    Stunning location and relaxing room.

    It was a gret location just by the hotwater beach with stunning views of the sunset and a cafe next door. The room was just what we needed and felt very relaxing. Our children loved the spa bath.

    Unfortunately I had selected this particular hotel to have a swimming pool for my eldest who had been disappointed with a previous stay pool issue. We arrived to find it being refurbished but this had not been obvious on booking with them. The pool looked great, so it won't be an issue when finished, just a shame for this stay.

    Very welcoming

    A very warm welcome and kindly gave us a slightly later check out. Lovely being right by the Lake with good views
