    Check in process was a little bit confusing but after texting management they were able to guide us through.

    Costi indeducibili

    Il caffè e la colazione, hanno un dispositivo al piano molto comodo se lavori e vai di corsa (non la classica colazione).

    Il PC per fare il check è spesso lento al punto di dover digitare una lettera alla volta aspettando secondi. In più ho chiesto infinite volte la fattura, sul sito non c'è modo e qui su booking vengo costantemente ignorato dalla struttura... se fate viaggi di lavoro evitate questa struttura.

    Will never stay here again

    Nothing, this hotel was truly awful

    - self check in - my colleague and I booked 2 rooms under my name and when we tried to check in at the machine, first of all, it was glitching, secondly it only showed that we booked one room! The key card was not working when we loaded it and everyone in the queue with us had some kind of an issue with the reservation. We ended up calling customer services who then loaded the cards for us via a ring camera and a machine on a different floor and resolved the issue with the 2nd room. We waisted a lot of time and nerves for this and were prepared to leave and look for a room in a different hotel - room was much smaller than in the pictures, the shots are definitely taken on a wide lens camera - on the 1st night when I was trying to take a shower there was no hot water - the room cleanliness was not the best, there were some bits on the floor in the bathroom area - overall standard felt really cheep, cheapest brown rough toilet paper and horrible, paper thin sheets - the AC was not working in my room
