I loved this property...as solo female traveller it was perfect size and location and safe...very cosy! I really appreciated the very warm welcome and kindness from Antonio. He stayed up to greet me on my late arrival, 1am, to show me the property and I greatly appreciated this as it's disorientating arriving late at night. He provided lots of useful info and made sure I had everything I needed. On the second morning the hot plate stopped working but within a few hours he had provided a new one to use so I could enjoy morning coffee...I was so grateful! The bathroom and shower is very new and modern...the shower is lovely and hot! There is a beach mat and umbrella if you need it too. I had the best stay...good sleep and I loved Ortigia! Would definitely return to Cactus 31 😊

Een klein gezellig appartementje met alles wat je nodig kan hebben de ho Antonio geeft je ontzettend veel tips: 10/10! We zouden terugkomen moest hier nog eens zijn

Posizione perfetta, centralissima ma non nel caos. In 4/5 minuti a piedi sei ad un ampio parcheggio dove puoi lasciare l’auto. Antonio è stato gentilissimo ad attenderci nonostante il nostro arrivo si sia ritardato e ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti ottimi per mangiare ed anche da esplorare. Ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti ed è pronto per ogni esigenza.

A parte la posizione che è ottima, bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto l occorrente per trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza. Un soggiorno indimenticabile. La cosa che piu mi ha colpito positivamente è stata la gentilezza. La disponibilità, la cordialità dell' host. Un persona per bene e dispobilissima. Grazie grazie grazie

C’était parfait !
Le logement est extrêmement bien situé et fonctionnel. Antonio a été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Il nous a accueilli comme si nous faisions partie de sa famille et nous a donné énormément de recommandations pour que nous puissions passer le meilleur séjour possible. Il a par ailleurs été disponible tout du long. Je ne peux que recommander cette pépite.
