    Nice house but missing some things

    Nightly rate was good and beds were comfy Location was good overall nice place if it was a little cleaner

    On the first day, the shower door came off its hinges. We messaged the host, who was very kind and arranged a shower curtain as she couldn’t find a handyman. When we arrived, the sugar and coffee container was empty. There was no cloths dryer, which was fine, but a clothes airer would have been helpful. The lounge only had one small heater, so the place could feel cold in winter. We also found brown stains on the spare blankets and a blood stain on one of the clean towels. With a little more attention to detail, this place could be lovely.

    Disappointing

    Sunlight getting into property was good

    Neighbours were noisey when we were asked to minimise our noise. Key access damaged and hard to work. Sheets being dirty and dog hair on some. Pillow cases not suitable for putting face on due to patterning.

    Great location, nice little house.

    Good location, nice and close to town, river etc. The owner was accommodating when we needed extra sheets and towels, thank you.
