Terrible and don’t recommend
The apartment was covered in grime and dust, the pool had a coating of dirt across the surface. Even the glasses on the shelves were smeared in dust. The plants were dead or dying and the glass doors seemed to be smeared in what appeared to be bird excrement. It was obvious that the place had not been cleaned for months despite the owners saying they had cleaned the day before. They sent a man to clean who cleaned the basin & sink then turned on something in the pool then left because of the storm. We couldn’t stay here so booked into a hotel.

The Casa is very comfortable with large ceiling fans and Air con. Very comfortable place.
Loved the king bed, the comfortable chairs and the lovely artwork. The lighting was excellent (some places can be very dark). The plants in the garden were lovely too. The little pool was a treat seeing it was so hot in Merida. The wifi was excellent. We felt safe in the Casa.
For me, it was a little far from central. However , the Ubers were easy to arrange and cheap too. We liked everything within the property.

Brilliant, cosey and spacious.
The little house is very tastefully decorated and a perfect size for 2 of us for 4 days, it is a little outside the tourist centre but dont let this put you off, it is 10mins to the centre and a very cheap uber ride. The owner was so responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with our car. Its near the market and it has everything you need.

Comfortable home for families or couple looking to have leaping off pad to center of Merida
Very beautiful house, clean, comfortable furniture, open space to cool, nice shower, laundry, good walking location to center
A few biting ants, be careful. But no other big bugs or infestations.
