    All wrong

    NOTHING

    Since we arrived it looked like an abandoned house. There is never anyone to assist you or to take care of the house. The pool was dirty, and everything gave the feeling of being in an abandoned and vulnerable place. Even tho is close to a good area, the house It's on a very dark street. The worst part is that when we got to the room, it was full of water because it had started to rain, and water kept coming in with no way to stop it because they had leaks. The room smelled very bad and the beds were dirty. We called immediately and they told us they would send someone from maintenance who never arrived. It was impossible to stay there, we choosed to move to another hotel.

    Lugar muy bonito e impecable, con detalles por mejorar

    La limpieza del lugar es impecable y la decoración es hermosa. Además, la cama es sumamente cómoda y los servicios como la presión y la temperatura del agua funcionaron a la perfección.

    Fue difícil ubicar el alojamiento al llegar por falta de señalización. Las áreas comunes (cocina, comedor y estancia) cierran demasiado temprano; salimos a las 10:00 pm y ya estaban cerradas. Elegimos este lugar principalmente por la piscina, y esta hermosa en fotos, pero estaba muy sucia e inutilizable, pareciendo llevar mucho tiempo sin mantenimiento. El domingo por la mañana nos despertó temprano un ruido muy fuerte de maquinaria en el jardín. Son detalles que nos impidieron disfrutar al máximo la estancia.
