Nice flat but needs maintenance and better communication.

Nice old apartment, very spacious with good kitchen and comfy bed. Good location, walking distance from historic city centre.

The apartment was not well maintained. The hot water did not work and the agent made no effort to help us get it working. Also the shower sprayed water everywhere, there was mould and damp in the bathroom and the kitchen lights flickered. We had bikes which the owners would not allow inside or even in the courtyard. The agents offered storage in their storeroom for 6 euros, but did not make clear that this was 2km away the other side of town, this meant a long walk and delay when we arrived and again on leaving.
