    9am Check out

    The room was nice enough and well stocked, very good location.

    9am check out which is beyond belief especially with a 4pm check in. Is a 7 hour turnover really needed? How many holidays have been ruined by this arbitrary check out time? To be fair after negotiating they did let me stay until 11pm but I hope they rethink this policy as no doubt it will have spoiled the last day of the holiday for a lot of people.

    Good communication prior to arrival. Ideally located within the complex. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

    Very clean, good facilities and well appointed. Great position in resort.

    Balcony gets no sun, and looks onto a gable wall of next block. A second set of keys would have been handy in a gated community, we could not go out separately.

    Great Apartment perfect location

    Great complex, excellent WiFi,clean apartment fully equipped

    Balcony view very disappointing no sun on the balcony or view just a wall.Bed needs attention as it squeeked as soon as you lay on it. An extra cover for the bed would have been nice.

    A spacious comfortable first floor apartment on the La Penita complex five minutes walk to the promenade but still in a quiet area. Great size pool but very cold. Plenty of lie out chairs. Apartment was very well equipped with full cooker, stovetop and plenty of pots and other utensils. Nice balcony to sit out but no view. Access was easy using lockbox and good directions with photos and videos sent. Bar on site.

    A small thing but it would be great if the pool was heated.
