    A perfect homebase to explore Lecce

    This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the magnificent old city of Lecce. It is spacious and has all the amenities you might need - a washer, a full kitchen and dishwasher, 2 baths and 2 very comfortable beds! There is a nice private garden space with chairs & dining table in back though it was too chilly to use it when we were there! We loved being able to step out the front door and walk to restaurants, cafe’s and a small grocery in 5 minutes or walk out Porta Napoli to the lively Via Taranto for more restaurants, larger supermarkets, a flower market and wine store. This quiet street is close to everything! The owner shared lots of info that made it easy.

    We could have used some more practical info about running the washing machine, dishwasher and oven as the appliances are very different from ours at home.
