    The location was amazing, very close to bars restaurants and beach, but just far enough away that it felt private. The outdoor area with the pool was the best part.

    We had to pay coins for air con however that was understandable, but apart from that nothing.

    Nice apartment that could do with pool cleaning and no misleading advertising regarding the air conditioning.

    Good size apartment close to the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. Conveniently located close to the local Spar. Good size bedrooms with good showers. Nice out door area with own pool.

    Property was advertised with air conditioning which it had but the advertising didn’t say that it came as an extra cost which was very misleading. Also,the pool surface could do with cleaning. It had green algae all around the edges of the bottom of the pool making it quite slippy for both adults and kids.

    Good location and nice outside facilities

    TV is difficult to use, we had poor weather so was in side a fair bit. Could do with providing some blankets to make it a bit comfortable. As it was windy the outside doors rattled a lot.
