    Clean, good location but noisy from early morning and air con very poor

    Location is excellent, with some lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The sun chairs on the balcony were so handy and had the added bonus of the electric awning for shade too. Great little welcome pack provided and property was clean.

    Very noisy outside from early morning deliveries. Air conditioning was payable but didn’t seem to work well (even though we closed the door and windows) The living area never felt cool. No air con in the bedroom which was like a furnace at night especially because we couldn’t keep the window open because of the early morning noise. We had some cockroaches in the bathroom which seemed to come from behind the toilet-had to block up any holes/gaps with tissue paper ourselves. Would have been good if welcome pack had included some washing tablets for machine-seemed a shame to have to buy a full pack when we only did two washes while we were there. Although there is a twin and double room it would be very tight for four adults. Not much storage space in second bedroom and the couch in the living area would only sit three people.

    Fantastic- will definitely return

    Fabulous sunny terrace. Clean and well presented accommodation.

    Noise from beer deliveries- however the location had to come with one downside? Other than delivery noises first thing 6 days a week the whole stay was amazing
