  Unfortunately wouldn't return

  Pool was quiet. Flat was well equipped. Host dealt with issues, gave us money for dinner and welcome pack due to the cleaner not attending

  Not well sign posted, On arrival I had to go back onto booking.com to see the outside of apartment, very poorly signposted, especially at night. The flat had not been cleaned, dead cockroaches, we arrived at 7 pm to the flat dirty and not being cleaned, we had to sit and try and get host, then when they didn't answer, contacted booking.com, then host answered, said the cleaner had phoned in sick and not told them, was upsetting, travelling all day, couldn't find flat, and its the furthest away flat. Waited for cleaners to come, was 9 pm by time we were settled, the host Paola paid for our dinner as we left flat to allow it to be cleaned. The flat is over 40 steps to the pool, the outside door has no handle on outside so you have to be careful not to lock yourself out, the lock is also very stiff and need adjusting, which host offered to do. Need air con in living room as its stifling, the flat is above a storeroom for local shop and this is extremely noisy and getting to sleep in is not possible due to the noise. View was terrible from bedroom, couldn't open bedroom windows due to noise, as picture shows next doors garden is right there and full of children. Pool area needs updated and cleaned more regular, shower pours out onto floor, had to use towels to soak up.

  Calidad-precio. Algo de ruido.

  El alojamiento tenía de todo lo necesario.

  Algunos muebles rotos, mucho ruido por las mañanas por el local que da justo a la habitación. La ducha se salía todo el agua.

  Alloggio senza pretese per vivere Lanzarote

  La posizione è sicuramente comoda sia per raggiungere a piedi la zona viva della cittadina sia per trovare parcheggio, in caso avete una macchina. Dell’appartamento invece è molto carina la zona giorno e la cucina è ben attrezzata.

  La pulizia non era soddisfacente, il bagno soprattutto la doccia hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati ma in generale l’interno appartamento ha bisogno di manutenzione.
