Beautiful place to explore Obidos from
We loved that our room was spacious and we had a garden. We were decompressing from a tour of Portugal, and just wanted some quiet. Casa Picva was close to the gates of Obidos. The owner was on site and very helpful, arranging a taxi for us to go to the airport the following morning. He also recommended a restaurant very close to Casa Picva that was wonderful, we really enjoyed that. When we sat down for a snack in the evening in their garden, his wife brought blankets, plates and silverware and bread, very, very nice.

Beautiful view, terrace, home, breakfast, host
Joel the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home, showing us around, making recommendations, sharing the history of all the beautiful art in his home. The breakfast was outstanding. Wonderful restaurants just steps away.
