    This was one of our favorite places we stayed during our five stop trip down the coast. It was a quick ten minute walk from the train station that we arrived at so no need for a taxi or bus. Mostly downhill going to the property and uphill going to the station but manageable with our rolling suitcases. We also used the train station to take day trips into Sorrento which was only about a 10 minute train ride and very easy to navigate. We loved coming back to the quieter streets of Meta while still having walkable dinner options. We went to Retró Botegga da Giacomino two nights in a row. The property was clean and air conditioning worked well. It was nice to have the outdoor seating in the small courtyard as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience sorrento while still having a peaceful, reasonably priced home base.
