Будинок знаходиться біля моря, через дорогу пляж. В будинку є все необхідне для проживання.
Будинок маленький. (по фото цього не видно) Всередині є одна єдина окрема кімната, кухня студія і на другий поверх відкритий, там знаходиться 2 ліжка. 1 санвузол, кухня. Біля самого будинку території немає, тільки невелика тераса. Окремо по незручностям - це сходи. Щоб зайти в будинок треба піднятися по сходам, але вони дуже вузькі і не зручні. І так само в самому будинку, щоб піднятися на другий поверх, сходи ну максимально вузькі.
