Clean, comfortable, walking distance to most areas; would stay again!
Great location, clean, safe area. Rafaello met us and was very professional kind, friendly and explained everything. Lived the AC units in every room. Highly recommend. 6ft tall person here, Kees a bit “tight” in bathroom seated on toilet. But otherwise incredible! Will definitely plan to stay longer.
Master bedroom balcony doors don’t open. The front door lock was “sticky”

O ceu em Florenca. Firenze e l'appartamento sono meravigliosi.
Gostei da recepcao pois tinha alguem ali a esperar e tambem foram muitos gentis em nos deixar entrar antes do horario previsto. Tudo muito bem organizado e limpo. E perto de tudo. Amei estar nesse apartamento. Voltaria a ficar hospedada la de novo. Ho apprezzato la reception perché c'era sempre qualcuno ad aspettarci e sono stati molto gentili a farci entrare prima dell'orario previsto. Tutto era molto ben organizzato e pulito. Inoltre, è vicino a tutto. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo appartamento. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Appartement bien situé qui permet de visiter Florence à pied.
Trop petit pour 5 personnes. Peu de couvertures, de vieilles couettes sans housses. 1 seule lampe de chevet cassée à disposition.Déco et meubles vieillots. Nous aurions apprécié la présence de quelques produits de base, sel vinaigre poivre.

Family place close to everything
Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient.
