Le logement était plutôt propre, la terrasse avec le barbecue ainsi que le balcon avec vue sur la montagne sont appréciable. À une quinzaine de minutes du centre de Palerme, même si les routes sont un peu compliqués. Le village de Monreale avec la cathédrale juste à côté est agréable. Nous avons bu un coup avec l’hôte et ils nous ont donné des produits typiques de Sicile. La climatisation au salon (heureusement).
L’accès au logement est un peu difficile, il faut avoir une petit voiture. Les routes pour y accéder sont compliqués (étroites, cabossés). Les lits n’étaient pas du tout confortable. La climatisation fonctionne seulement au salon. Elle ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Nous avions seulement des ventilateurs pour les chambres. Nous avons donc mis le matelas du lit au salon par terre parce que nous avions trop chaud. Les proprios habitent juste en dessous et à côté, il faut donc veiller à ne pas faire trop de bruit. (Nous avons reçu un message le premier soir comme quoi nous faisions trop de bruit alors que nous étions à l’intérieur) Il manque cruellement d’équipement pour la cuisine notamment, ustensiles etc…

Lovely people and the view is wonderful! The bed is comfortable and we really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen/living area.
Some small basic repairs are needed on cabinets and such and the cooking utensils could use an update. Towels are a bit scratchy.

A perfect, peaceful stay in a superb location
We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The location is superb, and having the entire house to ourselves made it even more special. It was wonderfully quiet, with beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. As we were travelling by car, we chose this place specifically for its location - and it truly felt like we’d won the lottery. The fireplace was exceptional; after a busy day, it was such a pleasure to relax by the fire. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
