Departamentamento muy bien equipado y ubicación excelente. Los dos baños y la lavadora nos resultaron muy útiles y valoramos que el edificio tuviera ascensor. El anfitrión fue muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones e información de la ciudad y el ultimo día incluso nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 2 de la tarde en el departamento, ya que nuestro vuelo salía a la tarde. Excelente opción para disfrutar de Catania

Foarte curat, foarte aproape de centrul Cataniei 3-5 min de mers pe jos, magazine aproape , farmacii aproape, mijloc de transport aproape , posibiltatea de a parca în zona, restaurante și baruri foarte aproape. Noi am fost cu un bebeluș de 6 luni ni s-a pus la dispoziție pătuț, imobilul este dotat cu lift. Sergio super amabil și de un real ajutor😊
Nu există lucruri care nu ne-au plăcut.

Excellent location, just a walk to all major attractions. Very helpful owner, we did not have to leave the apartment at 10:00 and let us stay untill 14:00 which was nice as we had and afternoon flight back. Really comfortable bed. AC/ TV. Lift in the building.
Shower needs a little bit of modernisation or deep cleaning.
