    Overall a great property but if I stayed again I would want a different room.

    Unfortunately, for a non smoking room there were a lot of burn marks on the furniture. Also the clothes maiden only had 3 wheels and so kept falling over which was a pain. But location was great, pool area was great, comfy bed.

    The room was quite run down. Other family had a different room that was modern and so much better. Our was tired and needed attention.

    Decent value for 4-night stay in Cairns. I give it a 3 out of 5.

    The room was very large and had a kitchen with many features such as fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle. The location was good as it was close to the esplanade and within 20 min walk to the center of Cairns. The place also has a resident Cat named Bruiser which added a nice touch to the place. Room AC worked well.

    The bathroom was clean, but it was very dated. The bed was not a true king but made up with 2 twin beds pushed together. We didn't try the pool but found that the hot tub was not heated which was strange. There was also no soap or shampoo provided - we had to buy on this on our own which was not expected.

    Locations. Plenty of parking.

    I set up a mobile office everywhere I go. Being on the top floor was a punish. Request a ground floor room if you have lots of gear. No elevators here, only stairs.
