The location is fantastic. The apartment has all you need (an iron, a washing machine, a drying rack etc), the kitchen is well equipped (the plates are located in the living room, but that's Ok). The communication with the host prior to arrival is great, you are informed about everything: how to find the apartment, the keys etc. which is very convenient.

The apartment is somewhat worn and needs an upgrade. The power outlets are mainly old. When I used the iron, its plug got stuck in the power outlet (see picture) and it was very difficult to unplug it. In the end I managed to unplug it - several hours and multiple attempts later. I also informed the host about this issue immediately, i.e. Sunday morning, the reply came 1 day after (Monday morning) asking whether I managed to fix it. When we arrived, one of the chairs was broken (it wasn't visible). When I sat on that chair, it gave way under me and I fell down. I informed the host about it, but there was no response at all. The shower curtain in the bathroom is disgusting (see photo), needs to be washed/replaced. The communication with the host after arrival was not good: they were not responding quickly, especially on the critical issues. It looks like you are often getting AI replies which not always make sense. In the end of the day the property asked me to give them a 10 point review. Conclusion: the host does not care about the apartment, nor about you.
