  Personale molto cortese e disponibile che ha fatto la differenza

  Ristorante buono e personale molto gentile e cordiale. Un'addetta alla reception molto cortese. Posizione comoda per la spiaggia, servizi vari e spostamenti

  Il bagno era molto piccolo e privo del box doccia per cui si bagnava tutto il pavimento ogni volta che facevo la doccia. Il bagno non sempre era pulito bene. Poca scelta dolce nella colazione per chi è intollerante al lattosio

  L’hôtel est bien situé quand on a une excursion à faire car il fait partie des lieux où on peut être récupéré et déposer même si il faut marcher pour aller vers le vrai lieu de prise en charge l’hôtel Dolphin (même pas 1 min à pied). Les filles à l’accueil, sont gentille et accueillante.

  Le petit déjeuner pas grand choix quand on ne mange pas de viande. Si on se lève très tôt à 7h les croissants ne sont pas encore servis et il y a encore moins de choix, il faut attendre le Service de 8h. Le personnel débranche très vite les tables donc quand on est seul et qu’on va chercher autre chose, on peut revenir et ne pas trouver ses affaires sur la table ça m’est arrivé. Une fois ma carte de chambre avait été donnée à la personne à l’accueil. Durant mon séjour, il y avait une dame pas très souriante mais le reste du personnel était accueillant. La piscine n’est pas comme sur les photos. Elle est plus petite, je ne m’y suis pas baigné car de loin j’avais l’impression qu’elle était pas propre même si il y en avait qui se baigner. Dans les couloirs, les gens ne respectent les autres, on entend les gens parler très fort. La douche est petite, c’est pas très pratique quand on se lave car il y a de l’eau partout après.

  A friendly place to stay!

  The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked how easy the hotel was to get to and the onsite parking. Breakfast in the morning was very nice with an "Early Breakfast" feature for those of us with early flights out of Heraklion. With our heavy luggage, it was important to have the elavator for the upper floors.

  Our room was quite small and the bed was not comfortable at all.

  We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our ferry was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., yet they waited for us. The breakfast was also delicious. We highly recommend this place.
