Catania House hat eine super Lage, wenige Meter vom Domplatz und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Die ganze Innenstadt ist von hier aus bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, das trotz der zentralen Lage des Hauses recht ruhig war. Es lag im ersten Stock ohne Aufzug. War aber kein Problem. Es war wie abgebildet. Ein modernes, sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, festes, komfortables Bett, kein Schrank. aber Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und eine Klimanalage, die wir aber nicht benötigten. WLan funktionierte immer. Tania, ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person, und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein großes Plus war der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Espressomaschine, Croissants, Wasser und Bonbons. Man konnte sich immer kostenlos bedienen. Gleich neben dem Haus ist eine Bäckerei. Hier haben wir neben Frühstücksbrötchen auch leckere Panini für unsere Tagestouren mitgenommen.. Direkt gegenüber ist auch ein Cafe. Das einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation - wie in vielen größeren Städten auch. Wir parkten 2 Nächte auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, nutzten dann aber auf Grund der Enge 'City Parking', eine Parkgarage ein paar Querstraßen entfernt, etwas chaotisch, aber gut und sicher. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.
