Beautiful property, located minutes away from the beach and centre
Beautiful property in secured location, plenty of amenities and super central
Upon arrival, we noticed that some items left by previous guests had not been removed and that some coffee capsules were missing. We were informed that the company usually responsible for the cleaning was unavailable, so an alternative service had been arranged. However, all issues were resolved very quickly.

Excellent short stay in a beautiful , well kept house
Clean, neat property with plenty of space and close to the high street and the beach
It probably needed an extra fan in the lounge area. We brought one of our own so didn’t have to carry one down from the bedrooms

This is a really great place to stay in Whitstable and we would highly
It was very clean, the kitchen was modern and well equipped. Being a relatively new house it also had excellent shower and bathroom facilities . The bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of hanging and storage space.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the TV controller which was an issue especially for the children. We managed a workaround on the second day but viewing was limited to my Netflix account as we just found it too difficult navigating the button under the TV set. In warmer weather this would not have been such an issue but due to it being late November the dark nights and cold weather meant we spent more time indoors.
