    Emplacement idéal

    L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare pour les Cinque Terre. La literie est très confortables.

    Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone von La Spezia. Der Hafen mit den Ausflugsbooten und Fähren ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt neben dem Apartment Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der uns bei der Anmietung eines Parkplatzes unterstützt hat. Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Apartment problemlos.

    Das Apartment wirkte nur oberflächlich gereinigt (Abfall der Vormieter am Boden, Tisch nicht abgewischt, Haare auf Kopfkissenbezug). Muffiger Geruch im Bereich der Küche/Esstisch. Luftentfeuchter muss täglich geleert werden. Licht über Esstisch ging ca. alle 10 Minuten aus und musste manuell wieder eingeschaltet werden.

    Una estancia muy confortable, a pocos metros de la calle centrica de tiendas, al lado mismo hay un supermercado eso es estupendo,el único inconveniente es dejar el coche en Zona azul, camas muy comodas y todo para pasar unos dias estupendos gracias.
