    well located accommodation very close to the centre of Dumfries and all the Robbie Burns centres

    Excellent location with free and easy parking outside. Milk, bread butter and eggs all in the fridge when we arrived which was a welcome touch. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen it was very quiet despite being a ground floor flat

    Only the lighting in the kitchen was a bid too subdued

    The property was very easy to find and spotlessly clean. The host was extremely helpful when we had a small issue getting in, and their quick assistance made everything smooth. The tea and coffee provided were very appreciated after a long day of travelling. A comfortable and welcoming stay overall.

    Gute Lage mit Potenzial

    Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, der Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt. Vor dem Haus gibt es gratis Parkplätze, man kann gut in die Stadt gehen, oder am Fluss spazieren. Der Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung.

    Das große Manko war die Küche, der Plastikfußboden wölbt sich so auf, das man aufpassen muss nicht zu stolpern, die Beleuchtung ist mangelhaft und jedes Geschirr und der Herd waren schmutzig und fettig. Wir mussten jedes Geschirr, dass wir benutzen wollten extra reinigen. Der Außenbereich auf den ich mich Aufgrund der Fotos besonders gefreut hatte, war eine Katastrophe, schmutzig (Zigarettenstummel, Kartons...) und die Sitzgelegenheit hat nichts mit den Fotos zu tun. Im Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen, da man ansonsten den Zigarettenrauch vom Nachbarn inhaliert. Es war sicher einmal sehr hübsch, aber es sollte einiges renoviert werden.
