    The location was amazing, so close to everything and the cozy decoration and furniture made the stay even better. Only complaint is the place wasn’t very well insulated, but the portable heater works great.

    Great location.

    Great location, central but far enough away from the main centre of town. Close to Woolworths. Good cooking facilities and large fridge/freezer. Comfortable bed.

    When we arrived we had luke warm showers on the first night and by the next day the hot water was completely stone cold. We called the emergency number to have someone come and fix it however after going back and forth for several hours with no resolution or intention of having maintenance carried out, ended up with no hot water for the duration of our stay. This was extremely disappointing and soured our holiday in Hobart. We were there to enjoy our time but were asked to trouble shoot the hot water system and send photos etc. It felt as though the staff were trying to stall actually getting someone to fix the problem. The building was quite cold and having a cold shower was not pleasant. The building is old so I think the electrical wiring isn’t very good; when the tv is on and the light is on in the bathroom, the tv reception doesn’t work very well.
