    Comfy stay for a weekend away

    Comfy bed, heated bathroom floor, nice shower and spa bath. Location was excellent, restaurants, pubs and lake in walking distance.

    A quiet, homey staycation that made us want to stay a couple more days

    We loved how close the property was to Taupo City and how lovely our Host Marg was. She was unwell and still messaged to check in and see if we were warm and needed anything during these cold winter nights. The Airbnb was spotless when we arrived and was a homey modern nook perfect for two to relax, unwind and discover a bit of nature while in Taupo

    We loved this apartment. So central to where we wanted to go. Marg has done an exceptional job creating this wee apartment and has spared little money. The fittings are of high standard. Its advertised as no kitchen but with whats available you can manage easily enough. We were very very comfortable. Take my hat off to Marg and wish her the very best.

    Great hosts with accommodation suiting my needs for the triathlon, would book again

    Lovely hosts. Situated within walking distance to town and the lake (if your staying during Ironman it’s a 5 minute walk to the transition area, <20 minutes to the finish village). Bonus of a post race spa bath. Relatively straightforward drive to/from the airport. Bedroom and living area well appointed and with enough space for luggage or race gear. Hosts flexible with check in / out around other bookings allowing for pre IM race prep/pack down
