The home was beautiful and clean but not worth the risk.

We booked this property based on the positive reviews and were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was very concerning. We checked in around 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, the surrounding area immediately felt unsafe and did not match the impression given in the listing. There were numerous homeless individuals nearby and the neighborhood did not feel secure. Before heading out around 6:00 PM for the rodeo, we walked outside to find that our vehicle’s tire had been slashed in broad daylight. This was extremely alarming and upsetting. Prior to our arrival, we had asked if we could use the garage for added security, but we were told to park on the street. In hindsight, that was a major mistake. Due to this incident and the overall safety concerns, we no longer felt comfortable staying and wanted to leave immediately. I would strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly research the surrounding neighborhood and consider parking security before booking.
