Unfortunately, I can’t rate the comfort or amenities of this accommodation, but I wanted to leave a review because of the owner’s excellent communication. Due to a system error on Booking.com, the accommodation became unavailable because of an overbooking. This was neither the owner’s nor my fault. The owner contacted me personally in advance, which gave me enough time to find alternative accommodation. He also offered an alternative, although unfortunately it didn’t work for us. The communication was very comfortable, helpful, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated this, as it saved our trip from a lot of unnecessary stress.

    Maravilhosa
