Wonderful stay: Spotless, excellent location, and helpful staff
The room was beautifully simple—it had everything you need and nothing you don’t. Everything was spotlessly clean, brand new, and highly functional. While the shower is a little compact, water pressure/temperature regulation is great (not a minor detail). Wi-Fi is super reliable. The location is excellent: train station, downtown shops, restaurants and breakfast places are just a 10-minute walk away, the harbour is 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of markets nearby to stock up on supplies. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!
Our stay was entirely pleasant and without issue, so there was nothing we disliked per se. The listing pictures are completely honest and accurate, so we knew exactly what to expect. We are just offering this as a suggestion for future guests planning to eat in: currently, the small fridge, plates, cups, and cutlery are all placed on a compact desk, making it rather cramped to have breakfast in the room due to the limited meal-prep space. Because of this, we ended up choosing to eat outside instead and only used the setup for a quick snack or coffee.

Absolut allting! Vi fick hjälp av värden med att förvara våra väskor några timmar innan incheckning vilket var perfekt. Esmeralda hjälpte oss vid flertalet gånger och svarade alltid otroligt snabbt på våra meddelanden. Vi är så otroligt nöjda med detta boende!! Jätteskön säng och väldigt tyst, men med närhet till allting som La Spezia hade att erbjuda.
Det enda vi saknade var ett par skedar samt vanliga dricksglas, men detta är en bagatell.

The hostess Esmeralda, super hostess.. always available with a smile. Apartment verily spacious, clean and they provide cookies, coffee, candy etc. But the hostess made the wow factor
