Great location, property could do with some maintenance.
Great location 10 minute walk to the train station and right near the leather market and food markets. Very central with lots of restaurants close by. Very spacious and building has an elevator (you have to walk up a few stairs to get to the elevator)
Property was very old and felt damp - there were lots of mosquitoes and the door to the balcony was hard to open.

Удобное расположение. Но рядом находится много торговых точек. Прям рынок. Но все равно очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. И чудесная девушка-агент, которая все нам рассказала и показала при заселении.
При заселении на первом этаже были огромные тараканы. В самой квартире мы их не видели. Но от того, что они бегают по первому этажу жилого дома становится жутковато.
