    The pool to swim in at night was lovely. Clean rooms and had some dishes in the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable staff was very kind.

    Fridge was not working well but we let the staff know so it can be fixed.

    JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS

    RIEN !!! A si peut être l’extérieur qui est joli mais qu’on peut pas profiter.

    -c’est pas propre, nos draps n’étaient même pas changés de la veille et il y des taches sur tous les tissus (svp on paye c’est pour que ce soit propre un minimum) -le bain est cassé -de la nourriture remonte du lavado (sympathique quand on veut se brosser les dents) -la personne est à peine aimable -le lieux est loin du centre de Tulum et clairement on passe par des chemins et routes très pauvres pour y aller. -on nous envoie un message pour les codes, wifi etc, tout bug et la wifi ne marche même pas. Bref, on devait rester 2nuits, on en a fait qu’une tellement on était dégoûtés de l’hôtel, JE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT et pourtant j’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des avis comme celui ci …
