The bed so comfort and the toilet very clean. The front staff so polite, she let us to check-in ealier with xtra charge, tqvm. We really appreciate it. Location really superb, only walk away to Hameediyah and other attraction such as Ais Tingkap and Sup Hameed

Location is on the main road. Room was comfortable and quiet during my visit. Staffs were nice.

The location and atmosphere of the surrounding area. Room was spacious and very clean. Stocked sith toiletries and little complimentary bits and pieces. Housekeeping were wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately. There's an ironing board which is easily accessible to everyone on each floor, which was convenient for me as I wore a lot of cotton/creasing fabrics.
The fridge kept making clunking noises during the night, which kept waking us up. I unplugged it for one night, but then had nowhere to store cold drinks in the room. Just be mindful if you're a light sleeper, there's a mosque next door and calls to pray wake you up at 6am (not an issue for us, personally) No cold water in the water dispenser on our floor, which wasn't too much of a problem as I'd go up to the next floor to refill. Our room smelt like smoke on 2 occasions when returning from being out, but housekeeping came and sorted immediately.
