    Handy to town, small and cozy

    Loved the full kitchen and laundry facilities, bathroom was nice and clean and modern.

    The location was a real let down, the tight steep driveway, pulling in off a busy street was extremely dangerous. House was surrounded by other houses couldn’t look out the window without making eye contact with someone else. The house was cold I had the heaters on high in every room.

    The exterior of the property was unacceptable and dangerous - an accident waiting to happen.

    Location was good central to the city and good access to major roads. Interior recently renovated throughout and presented well, quite comfortable.

    Many of the fittings were not suitable for the standard claimed. Many broken fittings, most of which were the cheapest one could buy. Front door lock keeps jamming - would not want to be there if the house caught fire. The driveway is dangerous - far too steep, you have to have the vehicle cross the pedestrian pavement (totally blind and at some speed to transition onto the road) before you can see any of the approaching traffic or pedestrians. This would have to be totally illegal and unacceptable and as host you should be reporting it to the Authorities. A Pedestrian would have no chance of avoiding a vehicle exiting the property. The transition from driveway to roadway is so steep that my car "bottomed out" and damaged the underside. The washing line had been broken previously and fixed in a dangerous way - broke as soon as we used it. Shoddy workmanship and totally unacceptable. When it rained the area in front of the entrance - and only way out of the property, was totally flooded, drains were blocked etc. etc everything required major maintenance
