Bien, mais chambres à rafraîchir.
Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas assez complet. Pas d'œufs, jus de fruit en bouteille. Café trop court (à la mode italienne), toujours les mêmes jambon blanc ou saucisson....

la cordialità e professionalità dello staff davvero fuori dal comune, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e risposto alle ns richieste in maniera rapida e efficiente
avevo richiesto un letto queen size, mi è partita come King Size che è stata ACCETTATA, arrivo in stanza, doppio letto singolo attaccato....poi colazione, praticamente si può fare solo fuori in giardino (fa freddo alle 7 am)

Sa situation aux portes du centre de Florence, le charme de l’hôtel, le confort de la chambre avec un grand lit et une salle de bain très fonctionnelle, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et le plaisir d’un petit déjeuner copieux dans le jardin
